This wonderful wine is made from the best Grechetto and Trebbiano Spoletino grapes, both grown in Todi’s area. Strw-yellow in colour, this wine is like a fresh bouquet, with a pleasant and persistent character and hints af ripe fruits, peaches and apricots. It has a dry, mellow, ample and slightly acidic favour with a slinght rear-taste of bitter almonds, wichis typical of Grechetto grape.
It is a wine that can be enjoyed throughout a meal and is well suited so shellfish and light hors d’oeuvres. Serving temperature 12°C.
